True leaves dead

Hi,
This is my first time to grow cannabis.
I have a seedling whose first true leaves burnt as well as the shoot (growing tip).
The cotyledons are still intact and healthy.

Is there hope that new true leaves will grow?

There is a chance it may survive. Cut back on the light a bit and don't give it any nutes until it has grown about a month's worth of leaves.
