Almost 2 wks old only seed leaves

I have 6 plants from bagseed they are all now 10-14 days old now. 5 look as expected 2-3 sets of true leaves but 1(the last to sprout) only has its Cotyledons(seed leaves). I've looked at it with magnifying glass nothing is between the Cotyledons.also one is 2-3 times as big as the other Cotyledon. is this one a dud and needs pulled? should I keep it around and let it do it's thing it will eventually grow ?

I had a seed that grew like that and it never grew. I kept it for 2 weeks and no change so threw it out. I guess once you feel like its wasting your time and taking up room then just throw it out if theres no progress. Add some super thrive to it, or seaweed. If those dont work in a week then toss it.

I gave another week or so before pulling it. it never did anything more. I guess that seed contained a genetic defect.
