Calcium Deficiency?

The first 2 pics look like calcium deficiency to me but who knows?
the second 2 pics with the holes is a different plant with different set up, i just dont know why it has holes now?, its hard to match these to the picture charts that ive seen but thats where i came up with calcium. I still feels like its a guess. Any ideas?

is the dark green on the leaf tips coming in or going away?

not sure which picture you're referring to but i've noticed that when the new fresh tip is coming through they are really light green and get darker towards the outer, when they age a little bit i guess. The older leaves on the plants seem to be always darker.

The last picture looks like it needs nitrogen but could just be the picture. the light green ones. and it kind of looks like magnesium def,just a guess though.
