CCO and Lecithin

I have 91 grams of CCO (FECO) and doing a 1 to 5 mix with Coconut Oil. I am using liquid Lecithin, have only used dry lecithin in the past.
How much lecithin should I add to the 455 grams of CCO/Coconut oil?

The rule of thumb is 1 tablespoon per cup, I believe. Liquid sunflower lecithin is good for you so I don't normally measure it; I just pour in how much I think looks good.
