Clones: how much light & heat?

I'm about to take clones for the first time.

I have two options for new clones in a humidity dome: keep them in the greenhouse, where the low temperature at night is 45-50º F or raise them in the house, under cheap LED tube lights and on top of a heat mat.

If I keep them under the LEDs, should I give them 24/7 light?

Would you recommend one method over the other?

I run my clones 18/6 under cheap garden LEDs.

We're at 15 hours of daylight today so I'll probably keep them in the greenhouse. I have clones from 6 Jack Herer and 3 Critical Mass, plus a few tomato clones.
