couple question about CO2 O2 useage

i have heard that plants flip their cycle during the night and preform areobic resperation which make them take in oxygen and produce CO2 while the light is off. My question is could my plant bennifit from raising the O2 levels at night and CO2 during the day? If so what would be the proper amount?

i would say yes it will benefit them.......the amount of Co2 will be determined by how much you are maximizing the nutes.

i know about co2 usage but what about O2 usage at night? any benefit?

im sure it does...when im lights out...exhaust is on full blast
