Does she need water or is it something else?

The plant in question is from unknown mexican weed, so I know nothing about her. I normally grow indoors but decided to put a couple outside for the summer. Another difference is I have her in about 90% peat with 10% soil from a field. The pot is heavy and I was wondering if that's from the soil weight or is it still wet down deep. I don't want to risk over watering her by watering an already wet soil. I know with peat when to water because it's light and I can pick up the black container next to this plant in the pictures with one hand when it's ready to water. I actually broke the container trying to pick it up with one hand, lol. That's how heavy it gets. Should I wait a few more days? What are opinions on what to do? :thanks:

looks like how heavy it feels now is when its gonna need watered in the future. perhaps just a tad earlier.. looks nice and green besides her having (cotton root) haha anyways :high-five:

Do you see how not only the leafs are sagging but so are branches and stems? That means she needs water. If only the leafs sag shes got too much water.
