Extract with no decarb?

I had a few ounces of heavily snowed larf and buds and was too lazy to put in the effort to dry and cure. I took a few ounces, put them in pure 200 proof Ethanol, shook them up for less than a minute and put it in a mason jar.
Questions: Do you think it will get anyone high as an extract? I have done this before with decarbed weed and use the result to put on joints making some killer smoke. The key is the 200 proof alcohol and a quick wash. You don't pick up any H2O to speak of and it evaporates very fast even if you soak a joint. Back to the non decarbed weed. I don't care about waste, I grow far more than I can ever smoke. What do you think?

Don't know about effects, it may be a little too dilute, no need to decarb, since you're smoking it. Just a thought, why don't you evaporate off the alcohol and use the remaining concentrate.

The buds were pure snow and I don't think it will be too dilute. I am planning on treating additional joints which I know works but trying to get a guess on using this without evaporation first as an oral extract.
