Fan Leaves

Can you trim fan leaves the entire life of the plant ?
I read that if you trim to much in flower stage it would go back to the veg stage , so is there a period during flower stage you shouldn't trim ?
My thinking was trim during veg cycle and up to 2 weeks into flower then stop and startback up trimming leaves around week 7 of flower. Nothing heavy but couple leaves here and there. Any thoughts ?

The only reason to remove a leaf is to promote growth at a different bud site, if the leaves arent blocking much, than they should be left alone. They are the solar panels that provide energy to make your buds. Less leaves = smaller buds.

If a fan leaf is blocking bud sites and you are thinking of removing it. Ask yourself first can I just tuck it under to open up the area a bit more.

I didnt know less leaves smaller buds. Makea me wonder if I hadn't trimmed so much would my buds be bigger.
