First time grower with an insect problem! Is it safe to use this spray in flowering?

Hi Guys,

As the title says, I'm a first-time grower that's experiencing an insect problem. I'm in about week 5 of flowering now.

After doing some research I've bought the following spray the use but now I'm starting to question my choice!

Do you think that this will be safe to use? Are there any safer alternatives?

I'm not 100% sure what's on my plants but by posting in my journal it's been suggested I've got a thrip problem.

I don't know anything about this product yet I will give you some wise advice from a new grower myself, never spray anything when the lights are on the reason behind this is due to the moisture of any foliar spray and the light itself will use it like a magnifying glass and will Burn the leaves, it's best spraying your plants during lights of to prevent any form of leaf burn I hope you get the answer you're looking for and happy growing
