First time growing...but I think its a male

Judging by the pics I have seen I am pretty sure this one is a boy but wanted to get the opinions of people that know more than me. I germed 4 bag seeds, and am doing very small plants to test my setup before I put good seeds down. Can anyone confirm this is a boy based on this pic, I assume that the cluster of footballs is a bad thing...

I did, he is now in the big nursery in the sky. My hope now is one of the other 3 bag seeds I test planted ends up being viable so I have something to tide me over while the NL grows up. I have not seen and large seeds sacks like this one yet so fingers are crossed.
