Use a latex balloon... inhale, exhale into the balloon, take a few breaths, inhale from balloon and hold for 20 seconds. Do that every hit and by the 4th one you'll be trying to make balloon animals with 3 heads. Note: Latex gloves work better--most balloons come out of the package really stiff and hard to blow up, but gloves have wider openings and inflate easier.

If its too hard to blow up the balloon u can use a condom...just make sure its new and rinsed before using

Start pulling on a bong and when it gets real milky pull the slide but dont suck up the smoke. Then have a friend put his mouth down to the female peice and blow into it as you inhale. It definitely is a bong shotgun.
