General Hydroponics Flora series Question

odd question, my FloraBloom smells rank like ass, is this a bad sign?

I have a old bottle of flora bloom but I'm not sure if it is still good. Don't know how they were stored cause got them from a friend. I put 5ml in 1cup of water and compered it to my friends new bottle of bloom and the ppm was the same but my plant is dying. Help please

The bloom looks so light
