Strain Name: Grape Wreck
From: River Valley Collective
When: March 2011
Grade: A
Type: Indica dom. hybrid
Price: $95/quarter oz
Looks: Fluffy rounded nugs with lots of orange hairs and a slight purple coloration.
Smell: Sweet grape scent
Taste: Similar to the smell…very grape flavored smoke
Buzz Type: Heavy body stone
Buzz Length: 2-2.5 hrs.
Best Medicinal Use: Appetite enhancement, back pain, and insomnia
Overall: Seems like one of the local Master Growers of Train Wreck got a little creative recently, as there have been a bunch of new “Wreck” hybrids and some the best Train Wreck I’ve seen in a few years. This strain is a cross of Grape Ape and Train Wreck, and results in an indica dominant plant producing great medicine. A fantastically sweet grape flavor to the smoke and even better with a vaporizer. The buzz created a strong craving for food – and anything in our pantry was “fair game”. Similar to the buzz from Grand Daddy Purple, this one eased all lower back pain and muscle tension across my upper back/shoulders. This strain also surprised me by the strength of the buzz…hit hard and fast leaving me relaxed to the point nearing couch lock. Searching for the “ceiling” left me snoozing on the couch
