Growing in Rockwool.

could you please tell me which you think is the better one to grow, rockwool or coco hair, thank you.

There are many variables that would play into this opinion. Each has their own ups and downs. Do some research and see which one will work better in your specific growing setup.

Rockwool works fine for me. It's easy and provides flexibility I enjoy.

rockwool is great but i have read lately that coco hair has beneficial attributes which were not recognized earlier... because it is made from coconut husks ***(coconut seed casings)*** the chemicals and hormones in the strands act to promote rooting and fast root growth along with healthy growth. so i would say coco hairs all the way

Rockwool is great, especially if you are trying to save on water consumption for us "run to waste" people. Other mediums such as hydroton or perlite require much more frequent watering cycles.

do people grow in just coco, Im using rockwool on top of coco, as a root enhancer, this is at the advice of my Hydro guy, who is a not bullshit seller, pretty straight guy, no upselling or overselling....
