Hanging height 600watt draw 6000 watt LED Samsung lm301b diodes

Hi I'm just wondering what height to hang my Samsung lm301b 600watt draw 6000watt output light above my plants ? It's rated at 8x8 for veg and 7x7 for flower and I have a 6x6 tent .
I'm hopeless with understanding par and micromoles and all the technical theory behind working out hanging height. Thanks in advance

16 inches for flower

Imo that light is not enough for a 6x6. Perfect for a 4x4.
