Harvest time indoors

What is the best time to harvest indoors? Right when the light turns on, when the light turns off, or when the plants have been in the dark for a while. Thanks

Yupp I agree,I like to take them down 4-8 hrs into their dark period....While they are sleeping...

First thing in the morning, right before their normal light cycle beings.

This helps to avoid bad tastes, as the plant's metabolism is not as active and nutrients are not as plentful in the upper parts of the plant.

Also, cannabis does a lot of growing at night, so cutting right after that period helps to take full advantage of that last night's growth.
