Harvest time! Need help with trichomes

Greetings 420 Fam,

I am a first time grower working on two white widow plants. I've been in flower for about 56 days now. I got a jewlers loupe to look at the trichomes but I can't really tell if it's time to harvest right now or now. I know I should be looking for the milky white trichomes or the amber colored ones but from the pics I guess I can't really tell.

Is that 56 days from when you flipped ? , if so you will still have a couple of weeks left , wait until the pistils have receded into the calyx and the buds have fattened up ,

Oh OK. Yeah it's been 56 days since I flipped to 12/12. 106 days total. I guess I gotta be patient and keep waiting. I've stopped feeding them with nutes and just feed with regular water until harvest

What medium are you using ?

So you are really your At 42 days real flowering, most strains go 9- 10 weeks if you want some really dank smoke,

When in doubt, wait it out. Lots of fattening happens the last two weeks.

OK, I'm going go be patient. They're still still pretty hairy. I'm growing in soil. I think I did OK for my first grow. The next time around will be much better.
