just a quick question. is there a way that a colorblind individual would be able to tell when to harvest plant other than trichomes. i own a loupe and these trichomes look white to me but i dont feel this is ready to harvest?

You could simply look at the buds and with some research you might look at the last pic for instance showing lush looking stigmas. This indicates to me that these buds are not mature hairs should be prettymuch all dried down and calyxs swollen fan leaves or king leaves being cannibalized by the plant. And under proper light not the led blurple you could possibly distinguish between clear cloudy and opaque Trichs to the point of reliable identification of clear cloudy and amber.

I’m in agreement that they don’t look mature yet. The hairs look pretty white and fresh, so weeks from finishing. I would also highly suggest looking on amazon for a digital Bluetooth microscope. They’re like $40-50, sync to your phone and have a great picture. Picture from my Doctor Seedsman CBD plant I just harvested using such a device. Took it 6 days and was probably ready then, but hadn’t the time to harvest ‘til today
