That is something you will have to decide. Every garden is different as well as the genetics you are running.
It could be as soon as 40 days up to 60+
Depending on the effect you are going for I would start your flush based on your trichome development.
If you dont want the lethargic couch lock high then start your flush before your trichs show any amber usually 50%clear/50%cloudy.
If you want the heavy sedative effect let them go extra time. but not too long.
