Has my female been pollinated?

First time grower here seeking advice.

Below are two images of my baby girl. I'd like to know if she has been pollinated ? And if so, what's the best thing for me to do?

Ok so what do I need to do to get the best results ?

I've heard the plant will focus it's energy on producing the seeds rather than THC. Is it then wise to remove the pollin sacks?

AND... should I remove the other girls away from the hermy ?

IME at least, you can't hope to keep plucking the male flowers off of this type of hermie. They just keep coming. Best to destroy it. You may get a few seeds in your grow, but it shouldn't be too bad since I don't see a lot of opened flowers.

I made the decision to cut herm down and I make my first batch of cannabis infused coconut oil.
