heat: Bad Boys Vs LED

I am thinking of replacing my 4x4 Bad Boy fluorescent lights, with a LED from LG LED Solutions. I've read some posts here, but I'm concerned about heat, the garden in a walk in closet. Now, I have a fan drawing heat out and into the attic ( I do realize that fluros don't put out too much heat).

Will I be ok heat wise? Think I'll get better results?

In my experience, the bad boys produced more heat then LED
