Help! Ballast went out!

Hey guys so I recently purchased a 600w HPS/MH digital ballast online.

I have had it running for 3-4 days now and this morning when I wake up to plug it in, nothing at all.

The ballast fires up, can hear the fan, but no light at all.

Extremely frustrating since its only a week old max.

Do these ballasts have fuses? ( Apollo brand )

Edit :: It aint the fuse, just pulled it out and replaced with spare that was with it, nothing.

Time to order a new ignitor for the ballast I guess.

The light came on when I unplugged and plugged back in quickly, this is not healthy for the system and so I strive to replace the ignitor since that is clearly the issue.

I was thinking the light may be faulty.

Won't you ruin the warranty if you replace it yourself? But hey if you can fix it then I guess a warranty doesn't offer much value to begin with

No timer yet.

As of right now hte light is working, I had to unplug it and then plug it back in with in 5 seconds to get the ignitor to go.

I contacted manufacturer to see what they recommend and how long it would take to return/get a new one.

My girls are still ok as they are not in 12 12 yet thank god
