Help Needed on an Non-AutoFlowering Issue

Hey everyone I have a small issue..I have two strains of autos in the same room going. One of the strains all of them are two weeks into flower yet the other strain is still vegging (5th week total)

That being said there is nearly a 20 day longer growth time listed on the site for the strain that is still vegging...

So can I expect the extra time will be in vegging and this explains the situation or is it a bad auto strain and should I induce flowering?....And if I switch to 12/12 how bad will that effect the flowering strain being that it is and auto?
