Help needed to identify drooping or wilted leaves?

Hi All,

I need help identifying the issue with my seedling. Seedling has popped. But the leaves, seem to be drooping or wilted. I am unable to determine. Can some one help? (Pics attached)

more info:
2 Cfls: one is 45w and other one’s 30w
Color temp: 6500k
distance: 4 to 6 inches above seedling
Humidity: 40-50
Light schedule: 18/6
Temp: 20-25 C
Growing medium: 65% soil 35% perlite
Seed type: auto flower
Germination method: potted directly into the medium
PH of soil: 6.5
Water reading of soil: dry
Container size: don’t know exactly, maybe 7-10 liters
Watering method: spray bottle
Watering frequency: every 2 days
In/ out exhaust fans installed
Small fan blowing onto the seedling
seed popped out of soil on 10th sep.

I usually... wait always put seedlings in peat pellets until they have true leaves before putting them into soil.

Reason - cotyledons have enough energy to get the roots growing.

If you are having issues with seedlings the roots are not growing.

Likely reason is the medium your seedlings are in and/or your water.

Totally agree with bobrown14...uve obviously done alot of research and are on the right track but that's the beauty of this forum a wealth of experience on tap that will push you forward
