So i got 2 things im confused about. So i need a cheap light meter to make sure light distance from my 2k hps lights and my plant canopy is optimal. What light meter do i need are these what i need and how do i use it? Also i bought a rh digital tester from vivosun on amazon. Are these tools ususlly calibrated like i can start testing water ph right out the box?

I bought a light meter. It hasn’t been used since it came out the box. Make sure it will cover the total lumens your light should put out. Read the quick start in the guides. It will tell you if it needs calibration. Likely not for either item.

Yes. You can get into the 7k range. Some won’t work on LED’s if you ever want to change over. If you are a new grower I would use my money elsewhere.
