I am 51 years old I have taken dozens of piss test over a 30 year period and never failed one. One thing that you have to remember is that everyone's matabilizum is different but this method works for me. I drink enough water or liquid of some kind to have me pissing every 10 or 15 minutes. I then make sure I have pissed a few times before I test. I believe that piss is not in your bladder long enough to test positive. It works for me.

^ I've used that method before. They asked me why my pee was clear, so I told them I work out a lot and drink 2 gallons a water a day. I passed it, but sometimes they will make you take it again if your pee is clear.

I take extra vitamin B or multi-vitamins to keep some color in my urine.

^ Hmmm... Never tried that. I'll have to test it out. I know drinking a rockstar before ya go will make your pee neon yellow...
