How should I go about passing my piss test?

I'm 18, 5'11 and about 150lbs. I smoke every day with friends but I stopped for two days because I have a drug test coming up soon. I started smoking again every day and now I've stopped for three days. I have a pretty good metabolism and I think I can get it out of my system but I was looking for advice because I'm kind of nervous because if I fail I'll get kicked out.

I'm drinking lots of water and I'm starting to go running but I heard about some pills you can take.
