I think I have a deficiency?

What does this look like to you guys?

Also, it's only happening on the two tops, the rest of the plant remains fine.

Please also note; on the bottom picture, where you can see the damage to the lower leaves, this is where I accidentally touched the plant with one of my cfls

Need help with identitying deficiency tried nitrogen, basically tried everything but a flush saving that for last if needed but I want to know what you people think thanks for help pics below.
