I transferred pots and now my plant is slowly dying

How do I save my haze extreme? Its slowly dying and I'm trying my best. I remember when I did the transfer there were a bunch of roots that fell off during the process.

Take a couple of pictures, show us what your leaves look like maybe a before and after of the repot?

It's a haze extreme, and the plant was healthy and growing pretty quickly, but after transferring it from a 10"to a 15" it started showing signs within 6hours.

Sorry buddy, it's super hard to tell what's wrong due to your camera resolution. We might be able to help you find the problem if we could see the plants/soil etc......
