Indoor/outdoor estimated flowering times by seed banks

All seed banks give a monthly estimate for the end of outdoor flowering (eg. Sept or Oct) which is meaningless since flowering months differ all over the world. So my question is: Will the estimated indoor flowering times advertised on seed banks websites be the same for outdoors as well?

Hello my friend. Seed companies estimate flowering times in weeks for indoor grows. Usually under estimated to sell more seeds.
Out door grows are estimated on a typical summer and fall.
So north American summers are June July and August. With fall being September October.
You can apply that to other areas using the fall period as end of flower regardless of what month it is in that area.
