Is this normal?

So I topped my plant a few weeks ago, and noticed a few days ago a little green spot pop up where I topped it. Is this the main trying to come back? Should I leave it or take it off?

That's a new one for me. It could end up growing into another cola, but it might just stay weak and small. I think if it were me, I would snip it.

I don't know.

The only reason I would snip it is because it is small and scrawny relative to the other tops you have. I wouldn't expect it to be able to catch up to them. There's always a chance though.

Unless it dies off due to lack of light or something, I don't think it would do any harm the way it is either.

Pinch it out with clean finger, its important that when you fim/lst that you get right down to the base for be pinching monthly,
should this continue it will continue to grow out, moving valuable vegetative growth again to the natural plants center ..you don't want that, thats why you adopted this action in the first place, good luck and time to potup
