Is this ready for harvest? .. Would you cut today ..or .. wait till when?

1st grow.. only a newbie would ask this question ... flowering middle of 10th week.. given to me as seedling.. first time trying to figure if trichome are all white.. and if their is enough amber... help me out.. Would you cut today ..or .. wait till when?

Hey Snappy, it's all personal, but for my 2 cents, it looks like it has the sprinkling of amber that I usually go for so yeah, I'd probably chop about now. Cheers.
