These bumps are only on a few leaves. On the underside.
Is this what I think it is?

If you mean mites or leaf burrowers, I think your right.

We wiped a few leaves with alcohol and a q tip on just the affected area. Also treated with neem oil. We buy, sell, trade all types of plants so I don’t want this getting out of control. I personally have been lucky on my medicinal plants and haven’t struggled with pests so I’m not very educated on diagnosis
