Here are my latest trichome pics on 3 of my plants. 3 pics from each plant. Do they look like they are ready for harvest yet?

I’m going to go with my gut and say they’re not. I’ve harvested bud with similar trichomes out of necessity and it got me stoned, but I would have increased my yield and potency if I’d waited.

Unfortunately, that’s not always an option outdoors, so if you’re fighting bud rot and don’t want to lose your investment, I would say you’re OK chopping.

If you’re growing indoor, then I’d give it time. You haven’t posted any pics of the colas but my guess is they’ve got room to fill out.

We are still having hot weather her in Colorado, it was 85 today! And the weather is supposed to be good (in the 80's 70's and 60's and sunny for the next 10 days and the nights have not gone lower than the low 40's lately and I am able to bring them inside if I need to. So I can let them go longer.

Those early amber trics will fool you, especially the outer ones. It's so much easier if you can cut a piece off and inspect both sides. Then you can see, lots of clears like you have, a few starting to get milky but not there yet, and the occasional amber. Perhaps better younger eyes can see it more clearly.

Agree with Grandma Weedstein..... You are in the harvest window.... they could be chopped or you could let them run longer. You’ve come a long way to get here, no sense in rushing things now.

The entire reason for this exercise - is for you to see your own trichs and to learn what you are doing. Don’t get me wrong we are thrilled to help - but if you are gonna grow, then you need to see them up close and learn about the process.

Looking good Jokerola!!! Not much longer at all....

Then you should count yourself lucky! I’ve got a major rainstorm coming tonight and will be chopping most of the colas on my plants.

You should post a pic of the colas, that will help us see how far along they’re looking.

Yeah, I'm still seeing a lot of clear Trichs and some ambers. More ambers with clears than my other 3 grows. I feel I need to let them go at least another week but I don't want to misjudge and go too long.

Grandpa should bolt a breathalyzer to the computer's power button, lol.

Ok. Here are pictures of 3 plant’s colas. 2 pictures of each plant. Plus pictures of the 2 small Harlequin plants I was given late in the season.
