I have a viparspectra 600w with both veg and bloom switch. my plants are at 2weeks in bloom can I only use the bloom light (red) to slow the growth?

the veg (blue) will keep them squat, bloom (red) makes them want to stretch. You may want to do full when you flip for a few weeks I am doing some Barneys Farm Acapulco Gold right now and doing just red has given me ladies that are 6' ft tall in a 60" tent.

Thanks my white widow are growing like crazy and have only 30" to the top of my tent, hope they slow down.

All good now, I was running out of room in my tent, stop growing and now focus on flowering

Doesn't work like that, the redder spectrum and lower intensity will make your plants stretch more

my cousin wrote computer language and a million dollar hospital software looked at my 1980’s computer that had a Turbo button! He said , do i want my computer to run faster? lol
