Light vs space

can anyone give me some advice

I got a 1000 watt led and a 2×4 tent I know its kinds strong on the light but I messed up on tent size is there anything that I do to make that light work with out burning the plants??

And there all autos I don't know if that changes anything

I think your probably in good shape. The light is likely less than 400w actual consumption which would be the standard rule of thumb 50w/sqft

Your plants will tell you also if your giving them to much light! If you light is 24” away and your leaves begin to taco or show signs of light stress move your light up a few inches to reduce the impact until the plants get stronger and require the extra light!
