Can you run a 300 watts full spectrum light and a 120 watt heating led bulb on your plants at the same time or do I have to pick one or the other can somebody let me know thanks keep growing

By heating bulb, do you mean uvb? If so, the answer is yes.

The only potential issue will be heat. Keep a very close eye on temperature. If too much heat is produced by whatever lighting you're using, you'll need to deal with that before it damages the plant/plants.

No it’s a 120 watt plant growing light bulb led my main lighting is a shin watt 300 watt full spectrum light just wanted to add a little more light look at my plants and tell me what you think when you have time thanks keep growing 420
