That's one of the main reasons I love marijuana. You cannot overdose, ever. I love knowing I can lay down on my bed and smoke as much weed as I want and nothing bad ever happens.

Unless you fall asleep with your spliff lit and set the bed on fire,lol.If your gonna smoke an sleep,smoke in a hammick,you catch that on fire,you fall and wake up.

When you say there's that many tobacco deaths, that means indirect deaths right? If so then under marijuana wouldn't be 0, I'm sure people have died from lung / throat cancer from smoking cannabis wether youd like to beleive it or not.

A recent UCLA study proves otherwise that the "chemicals" released through smoking cannabis deter the cancerous cells.
