Molasses question

so i just bought crosby's blacstrap molasses and figured i was good to go upon further review of the bottle i saw it had 1 ingredient blackstrap molasses (sulphites) i was reading sulphites came naturally in blackstrap and was wondering if i was
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------the nutrients are as follow per tbsp

sodium 70mg 3%
carb 13 g 4%
sugar 11g
calcium 10%
iron 15%

any help would be awsome
 
not sure if that means sulfured but you want the unsulfured and i think you use 1tsp.-1tbsp. per gallon of water i think it just depends on the growers preference. there is a thread on here on it.
 
Does it say sulphured molasses or unsulphured molasses on the label. If it doesn't say, don't use it. Buy something that says unsulphured.....
