Need for concern? Possible light bleeching.

I suspect light bleeching. Not sure though. First time grower here.

I'm in my fourth week of flower, and am starting to notice some yellowing on the upper fan leaves surrounding the main colas. Seems to be only the new growth closest to the lights. It is not the normal light green that is to be expected with new growth sights.

Upon futher inspection (heat test with hand) the heat is mild above the plants.

Info:
One-One thousand watt HPS-- Closest cola is 22" below, however some are further away.

any sort of brainstorming is appreciated.

are you air-cooled?
yes

Does the light feel hot on your hand where the closest cola is?
no

Have you sprayed anything on your plants?
I foli feed once-twice per week. Just PH balanced H20.

Are you sure its not nutrient burn?
Not sure, i dont think so i'm light on my nutes. I'm using H&G Soil a & Soil B, H&G Bud XL, and planned on using H&G Shooting poweder next week. I nute feed twice every seven days, with clean PH Bal water inbetween when needed.

Thnk you for your help, im still debating on raising the light up, but im running out of verticle room.

I would stop foliar feeding. If you do this with lights on it has a good chance of burning your plants, I've done that before. Also foliar feeding this far in may lead to mold and bud rot.

Here is what a light burn from foliar feeding with lights on can look like.
