Need help-orange bud mutant

Hello,
I am relatively new to this and have sprouted 3 plants that are roughly a week and half old. I have one Applejack, one C99, and a deformed orange bud. When the seed sprouted the first two leaves looked normal no serrations. The next two leaves were normal(single) and then the next set comes out with one leaf on each side and no more growth coming out of the middle. I believe it has two nodes total. How can I fix this?

not much info to go by/to see. I would say kill the mutant! or let it try to keep up with the strong.

If it doesn't have a growth tip anymore, it may be a goner. Another member here had one he nursed for weeks and it just never grew - nuttin'.

There's a possibility one of the side shoots will grow, though.
