65-70 is really cool for lights on temp. 73 is the minimum! A bit dry too bro. With LED's 80-83 degrees is appropriate with around 60% RH in veg.

I read that in veg you shouldn't have alot of moisture in the room because of mold but when you kick into flowering, that's when you want 60-70% humidity for the flowers?

And I honestly can't do much right now. Humidifiers are fairly expensive and at the moment, not in the budget. I've grown without them before. So I hope it won't be. Problem now. Everything else is in order but believe me if I could buy a good one to install I would be all over it.

Any ideas otherwise on how to do it? I read that hanging wet towels in the room will help humidity but feel like that's just asking for bacteria/mold to be introduced into the room.

Don't get discouraged M, you're doing fine and you've learned lots of good onfo. The wet towel method works great, I used it when I started out.

I agree, raise your temp and your humidity.
I like 60+% in veg and 27-28c.
In flower I try to keep at under 55% and light on temp of 25c.
