Need Help with Lights

hey it look great i just started a grow of 4 plants 1 purp 1 trainwerck and 2 blue dreams but i got sum weak hand me down lights and am to broke to get anything else but i am wishing for the best.......i got 1 heat lamp 2 shop lights with floresnt lights and some other type of grow lights not to sure wat kind of bulbs they are but can any body tell me wat kind of lights to use for shop light size fixtures

Dont know what a heatlamp is but if its a halogene lamp you better throw it out of the growroom.
The most important thing for the fluoros is color, around 6000kelvin for veg and around 2000kelvin for flowering. As many watts as possible.
