Need help with some growing.

alright cool..

well like nbk suggested there are a few other issues to look into, hopefully what ever the cause of the deformity is, it gets resolved!

between nbk and a few other growers who have chimed in, you have a few more possibilites to look into :)

You guys seem dead on. The story is, got the clones and they were outside for a while, then they started flowering. So i bought a florescent and fixed the problem. However they were confused for about a month before they really started picking up in veg mode. THey started spiraling like 3 weeks ago. Now here is the problem, they were planted in triple mix. thats it! no soil only triple mix. Dont ask why but about a week ago i transplanted the clones into large container filled with pro mix (the best). Since then growth has been amazing. But since there is manure in the original soil, its messing up my feedings. I think thats what threw off the ph, but for about 2 weeks now i have been adjusting the water to a PH of 7 and the soil tested normal. So its improving greatly considering the circumstances. Now they are under a 600 MH and doing much better. I will keep you posted with pics..

Thanks

^good deal. glad to hear they are gonna make it. pix of them flowering a few weeks from now will be even better.

it still sounds like they were/are coming out of a difficult set of transplants compounded by extreme light/season changes. clones don't develop roots as well as seed, so they have had a hard time even if the nutes/ph were perfect.

now let's hope these issues don't cause them to hermie up on you later.

that plant looks like a couple of nute deficiencies, the red colored petioles(stems) could be phosphorus, twisted leaves could be Nitrogen/Molybendum...look thru the 2 links i posted, and:

transplant them to good soil, and check into getting some good nutrients for soil.(if you've already done this..great!)
