The first 2 pics are classic Spider Mite infestation. All the little white specks are bite marks.

Well for starters you could take the plant outside and blast the hell outta if with a garden hose on spray. Basically power wash the majority of the infestation. Start by tilting the pot over slightly spray the hell out of her from the bottom side of leaves then the topside. That will wash a good majority off. Then you need some organic insecticide of which there are a few options available! Best of luck!

Thanks for that, i will do like u said tomorrow i hope its not too late!

Yea, i wil buy the neem oil and spray after washing with water what do u think
You're plants look to be budding. Now while neem oil is great to use during Veg phase. I use it regularly during that time. Now being a flowering plant. Neem Oil Is Not Recommended for flowering. Reason is because the new buds will soak up the neem oil and make your Buds Taste like neem oil once they are finished. Now That Is Not good, if you've ever smelled neem.

Now I think you're best option at this point is go with what @Roy Growin suggested.

Eggs will hatch for three to five days (on average) after you have killed and/or removed all the adults. Plan to treat three times, maybe on day one, four, and seven.

Also, figure out possible ways the things (russet mites?) were brought to the plant, and fix the situation so that it doesn't happen again before harvest.
