i am currently in week 3 of flowering can i still try to pull some clones from 1 of my plants and also i got some really good seeds from a freind my plants are in 12/12 now can i start some new plants under 12/12 then move them to 16/6 or 18/4 the plants i have now are my first grow doing well and i want to start some new ones thanks for any help i can get

Yes, you can take clones from a flowering plant. It will just take longer to root than a veg plant. I don't recommend going from 12/12 to 18/6 unless you really have to.

It's really up to you. If you grow from 12/12 you will end up with a smaller plant and lower your yield. If your friends seeds are as good as you say, I would wait to grow them. ;-)
