New grow help

Hello I am new to growing. I recently walked into my backyard and found a little tiny plant growing. It has been about 3 weeks scene i noticed it and it is about 6 inches tall. I have to keep it outside because it is in a pot with some flowers that my dad tends to. so i was wondering what should i do to keep it healthy and make it grow well.
