I’d remove the net. It’s not doing anything. Doing so will give you easier access to the plant while trying to figure out what’s going on and getting her to recover. (If you don’t remove the net, that’s fine too, it’s just my suggestion)
raise the light up to 30” above canopy. if you can turn your intensity down I would do it. Remember the damaged leaves might not repair them selves so keep an eye on in damaged leaves.

Hey does it look like I have Thrips? the shiny shimmer on my leaves or nothing I should worry about? I cant see any pests or bugs any where on my plants or in my tent. I am super careful with my watering with nutes. The shimmer seems to be on most of my leaves. there not dry or crunchy and no other discoloration.

Hard to tell with the pics provided. Look at the under side of your leaves. Watch the stems for thrips.

do I need a magnifying glass to see them. I never see any movement or at least I dont think I do. What are some home remedies that work against these critters?
Yes you can look at troubled area with the magnifying glass. You should be able to see the troubled areas by eye though. I’m not going to tell you any remedies because it’s unclear to what you have or if you have any critters even. I don’t want you to start doing something for a treatment without it being verified what you’ve got, or if you’ve got anything even.

The front sides look fine. Normally you would look at the back side of the leaves... but they look fine to me

put her into flower on Easter weekend!! Super excited and definitely learned a lot on my first grow. the sick one is still sick looking but I have no other ideas and my big one which has pretty much engulfed my tent was more then ready so I pulled the trigger!

some more updates! How does she look? she smells really good. I took a sample nug LMAO. Im a chef gotta taste the seasoning as we go ahhaha I got pretty high for a short period of time. Im sure that will change once she dries and cures. the nugs are not as big as I was hoping. maybe I need a second light?
