NewWallStreet - LSD-25 Auto - Soil - 400W HPS - 2015

Cool then you're good with the air movement, I haven't done much LST and only pretty late, but I think you can start after the second set of true leaves.

Thanks Purple, Ill definitely try it.

Here's my latest AUTOFLOWER....

Thats a beast Atrain! Is that Helga or Olga? Crazy!

Ive noticed this like a small white hairs coming out of the spots where the new branches are coming. Are those pistils or just a start of a branch?

Hi everyone, I got another quick update. I think the ladies slowed down a bit with growing tall and got a bit wider. Ivy(the bushy one) is still not so wide. The pistils are coming out. Their leafs are not so up pointy, I dont know why...Also look too stretched to me.. Any thoughts?

How close your light to to girls ?

It was a bit over 30cm (11 inches), I got it a bit higher now. I thought the ladies were too stretchy...

Also the first set of true leafs is turning yellow, beside the fake leafs being completely yellow. This is all on the bushy plant Ivy..Julie seems normal.... Could the light make a hole on the plants leaf? Help please

Hmmm I've had holes in plants too, but they looked more healthy and the new growth was ok. maybe nute burn?

If you're able to answer some of the following questions it'll be easier to zero in on the problem.
Are feeding any nutes? How rich was the soil-mix you made? What's the pH? What's the temperature at the top of the plants? Any pests?

Hope your ladies come around again.

Btw this is on Ivy(bushy), Julie looks healthy i think.
I am feeding the plants Hesi nutrients - TNT complex (N - 3%, P - 2%, K - 3%), root expander and powerzyme. I feed them 1/4 then 1/2. I feed them 2-3 days in a row, so yes now I think it might be the nute burn.... :\\\\ I will slow down with feeding schedule. Why i feed them so much? Because the freaking schedule card is retarded and to me it looked like it should be feed everyday... The mix is SteckMedium, its very light with nutes, it is 75% sphagnum and 25% perlite, with pH level of 6. I cant say the current pH level because i left the reader at my laptop bag which i forgot on my travel and is being shipped back to me. But i dont think the pH levels are too high at this point.
At a point it looked to me like the leafs that are more close to light are getting yellower, but the more bottom leafs are getting yellower no matter what side they are on. Also the right above leaf look like its getting yellow from his tip, but its only one two leafs closer to sun... The top temperature is 84 tho it might go higher(i will report), I got the lights higher again. Btw this is on Ivy(bushy), Julie looks healthy.

Burns and a look at lover leafs that are yellow.

The top is more green. Also the small leafs coming off the branches where the new pistils are, are dark green so they might be sucking the color. xD

First set of true leafs.

Yeah, I made that mistake too, feeding my girls with the nutes stated in the chart with every watering and it was supposed to be once a week...
The pH and temps you have should not do any damage like that, or at all really.

Good thing you got it figured out, the nutes is probably why you got the stretch.

Looking forward to seeing them grow big and green;)

Thanks for the wisdom Purple!! I appreciate it

Do they look too stretched for you?

Well, 30cm is actually good distance for 400W without cool tube. I have the same 400W but with cooltube which helps alot for the heating issue i set it pretty close to my plants. The ventilation is also so important, in my very first grow, i had 250W light was close to plant but had big fan blowing directly to my plant. One day ı have seen my partner closed the fan wh'ch caused top of the nug burn. So a big fan might be helpful. But in the pictures top of ur plant looks perfectly healthy. For me you dont have any big issue. She is still a small plant so you shouldn't go hard with nutes. and only water when she needed. Lifting methot works very well. Give her some time.. I know you/we are can't wait for our plants to reach their harvest day. Sometimes we should forget them and let them grow :) ı only spend 1-2 mins a day to my plants and they are really doing fine..I have never grow an auto but ıdk. Hope other growers will help about yellowing leafs.. Will be watching. Cheers:volcano-smiley:

Thanks Heanter! I have a fan inside the box, tho its not blowing directly to plants, I think they are too week(small) to be directly exposed to fan..Maybe i am wrong?
Whats lifting?

Oh lifting to check the watering need. I get it. Sorry
